Duties and Responsibilities
The program associate will coordinate the fellows’ placement in host organisations and implementation of their individual projects. The post holder will:

Fahamu is commissioning a Curriculum review as part of the implementation process of the recommendations from the pilot program evaluation. The review of the curriculum should ensure that the learning content augments the activists’ experiences and knowledge.

Fahamu is establishing a sex worker leadership initiative (SWLI) for sex worker rights activists based in Eastern and Southern Africa. The outcome of the proposed SWLI will be a strengthened sex worker movement in Eastern and Southern Africa able to translate their desired impact into concrete action plans.
